Take Care
Prevention
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is more prevalent now that more people type on
computers and "Surf the Net." Carpal Tunnel Syndrome causes wrist pain and
may cause pains to shoot down into your fingers or up your forearm. There is
frequently a numb feeling in your fingers and pain may be worse at night or when your
wrists are flexed (cocked down),
Take steps to prevent injury to your wrists if you work on computers, use
heavy equipment such as power drills, drive a truck, work as a meat cutter or follow any
occupation that places stress on your wrists.
Of course you have to go to
work but you can take breaks. Visit Fitness is Fun to learn wrist strengthening and
flexibility exercises. If you work many hours on the computer, learn the proper
positions for your wrists and feet.

2. Man's feet are not flat on the floor...That's bad.
Feet should be flat on the floor.
3. Man's wrists appear to be at a slight upward
